John W. Beyer, Founder and Managing Partner

John first pursued his entrepreneurial spirit in 2003, founding Realized Solutions, Inc., a software development and IT network services provider, where John acts as President, CEO and enjoys being a senior consultant. John has been involved in the field of Information Technology for over 20 years with a wealth of experience in software development, system integration and computer security.

In more recent years, John became increasingly involved in the parking industry. Eventually, his experience led him to establish Wireless Carpark; a company which offers technology controls for flat rate and event parking. John’s background as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, and his certification as a Checkpoint Systems Engineer have proven pivotal in the design of the Wireless Carpark system.

John's brings a genuine excitement to the company. His technical expertise and parking experience are evident on a daily basis as he heads up our sales and marketing efforts.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Beyer served as Vice-President/Treasurer of KVA Communications, a network service vendor, in New York, New York. He attended the University of Connecticut with a dual major in Sociology and History followed by proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force from 1991 to 1997. He was named Outstanding Airman of the Year in both Heath Service Management and in the Air Force Medical Service in 1995. He was also named 439th Airlift Wing Airman of the Quarter in 1996.

Josh Krug, Secretary and Board Member

Josh is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.S in Computer Science –Information Technology. Josh also serves as Custom Software Developer and Team Technical Lead for Realized Solutions, Inc. Josh has extensive experience developing financial, supply chain, and parking applications, amongst others. Josh is proficient in C#, Visual Basic, .net, SQL Server and mobile technologies such as .net Compact Framework and SQL Compact. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: Windows Developer 3.5 and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Database Developer 2008. Josh’s noteworthy attention to detail and his design experience are visible in the high quality of software he produces.

Previously, Josh worked for Meditech, Inc., Online Documents, Inc. and PeopleSoft, Inc. in various software development roles.

Matt Allen, Treasurer and Board Member

Matt obtained a degree in Mathematics from Wheaton College in Illinois. Matt also serves as Vice President and Treasurer for Realized Solutions, Inc. where he oversees both the Software Development and Hardware Service teams. Matt also manages daily operations and serves as lead project manager.

Matt’s dedication and genuine concern for his clients and peers sets him apart as a natural leader and trusted advisor. Matt’s vast knowledge of software and hardware coupled with his distinct desire to meet his client’s needs, enables him to consistently provide best possible solution to those he works with.

Mike Bailie, Director

Mike capitalizes on his interest in IT networks and his appreciation for hardware and technology, in his role as Senior Network and Systems Engineer at Realized Solutions, Inc. Mike specializes in mobile device technology, server and desktop operating systems, wireless implementation, and secure network design and installation. He is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.

Mike's un-parallel work ethic, trouble-shooting skills, and ability to identify solutions to challenges and road blocks, makes him an exemplary member of the team. Clients note his willingness to help with the simplest most cost effective solution.

In previous years, Mike worked as Low Voltage Electrician/ Electronic Technician, where he installed and maintained parking, access control and CCTV systems.
